DFW Beauty Guide: Golden Globes

Rosamund Pike
“Architecture in hair is on the way back — it looks amazing with the fashion that’s trending right now,” says Tina Andersen, Pike’s hairstylist. “I just gave Rosamund an asymmetrical, razor-sharp bob with a secret undercut in the back. It enables her to wear her bob in many different ways.” Stylist Kylee Rae Heath emphasized the lines with an ultra-sleek, flat-iron job, and the whole thing was pulled together with modern, minimal makeup.

Sienna Miller
Sienna’s chic, fairly new bob was crafted to easy, wavy perfection. Hair guru Jenny Chocreated loose waves using a medium-sized curling iron on small sections, and then sprayed a healthy amount of Suave Dry Shampoo all over, shaking it out for easy movement.

Diane Kruger
Platinum eye makeup and a frosted pink lip are a bit questionable on most, but Diane Kruger makes 'em look damn good.

Kerry Washington
“I wanted to accentuate Kerry’s eyes with a modern twist,” says Carola Gonzalez, the star’s artist for the evening. “I kept it pretty simple with a black line all around the eye, and then layered it with a shimmery, dark-gray shadow for the appearance of a shimmering liner.”

Emma Stone
“I loved the idea that she did this nontraditional jumpsuit instead of a gown,” says Rachel Goodwin, Stone’s go-to makeup guru. “So, I decided to go flirty and coquettish with the makeup. I did a silvery shimmer on the lower inner eye, and then used a black, shimmery, waterproof Chanel pencil and made a cat-eye. I blended that with a brush, and then I went over it with a navy shadow.”
