Name & Age:

Grecia A. Garza (pronounced Gracie-Ah), 23

Profession:

Dallas Real Estate Guru

A little background:

TCU pre-med grad, who decided to put her love for neurons on pause, and expand on her love for real estate. I'm the only girl in the family, making me a spoiled brat, but having an older brother always brings me back down to earth. Christ-driven woman, I love my family, friends, volunteering for Junior League, and attending fashion and art events in Dallas. My family at Rogers Healy & Associates have really helped catapult my success.

Fav thing to do in the DFW?

A nice dinner at Savor, then head over to the Mansion patio for cocktails by the fire. During the day, I love previewing homes with my clients, volunteering or a quick run/powerwalk on Turtle Creek//Katy Trail.

On Sundays, I love to go to church & follow it up with a nice Sunday Funday, including brunch and mimosas, of course.

Could you share a little about your beauty regimens and tips?

Purifying toner keeps my complexion smooth & clear. It takes me a good 2 hours to get ready, so waking up early is of the essence. I have EXED straighteners and depend solely on my Spornette Italian Boar-bristle brush to do my daily blowout. Red lipstick stain is my GO-TO Staple.

Another great recent beauty find that has saved my skin this fall is ChiaDerm+ ...

Beauty tips for living in DFW?

Less is more in DFW. Ditch the dark eyeshadow, stick to MAC Paints in Bamboo shade for your go-to shadow. Its highly pigmented so it stays on for 24+ hours. You cant go wrong with a pair of Ardell Demi Wispies

Fav DFW beauty brands or beauty related service?

Blownaway app is pretty spectacular for a last minute blow out!

Describe the perfect date night in DFW?

Hmmm, I try not to be too picky (who am I kidding?)... if I could choose, I would say private cooking classes, followed by a spontaneous helicopter ride to view the bright city lights!

George Clooney or Brad Pitt?

BOTH! On different occasions, of course!

If you could have dinner with any local DFW woman, who would it be? Why?

Tina Craig of BagSnob.

It is apparent that her attitude, charisma, ingenuity and business-driven mindset has gotten her to where she is. I think she is a prime example of what a woman is capable of accomplishing.
